The terms

What MyPlan is

MyPlan is a wellness app: it tracks the nutrition, training, and habit information you give it, and an AI coach generates suggestions, meal and workout logging, and training plans from that information. It is provided as-is, and features may change as the app evolves.

Not medical advice

MyPlan is for general wellness only. It does not provide medical advice, diagnosis, or treatment, and its suggestions — including calorie estimates, macro estimates, and training plans — are automated estimates that can be wrong. Always use your own judgment, and consult a qualified professional before making changes to your diet or exercise, especially if you have a medical condition, are pregnant, or are new to training. If something hurts, stop.

Your account

You need an account to use MyPlan, you must provide accurate information, and you're responsible for activity under your account. You must be at least 13 years old (or the minimum age in your country). You can delete your account and all of its data at any time in Settings.

Acceptable use

Don't misuse the service: no attempting to access other users' data, no reverse-engineering our systems, no using the app to generate or store unlawful content, and no automated scraping or abuse of the AI features.

Your content

The logs, photos, and messages you add are yours. You give us permission to store and process them solely to run the service for you, as described in our Privacy Policy. We don't sell your data.

Liability

To the fullest extent permitted by law, MyPlan is provided without warranties of any kind, and we are not liable for indirect or consequential damages, or for outcomes resulting from acting on the app's suggestions. Nothing in these terms limits liability that cannot lawfully be limited.

Termination and changes

We may suspend accounts that violate these terms, and we may update these terms as the service evolves — material changes will be reflected on this page with a new effective date. Continued use after a change means you accept it.
